Switzerland manager Ottmar Hitzfeld has confirmed that the 2014 World Cup will be his last hurrah in football.
The 64-year-old German has taken the Swiss to Brazil and they are even seeded for the tournament. He also led Switzerland to the 2010 World Cup where they shocked eventual champions Spain in their opening group game.
Hitzfeld is one of only four managers to have won the European Cup or Champions League with two different clubs.
In 1997 he led Borussia Dortmund to their first Champions League title and repeated the feat with Bayern Munich in 2001.
"After 30 years in the strength-sapping world of football, my time has come to stop," he said.
However he will continue as a TV analyst.
