Ireland midfielder David Meyler faces a nervous wait to see if he's punished for a stamp on Adnan Januzaj late in Hulls defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Meyler was not punished by the referee but can be disciplined through retrospective action from the FA.

Any punishment could mean Meyler misses the FA Cup final against Arsenal on Saturday week.

Debutant James Wilson scored twice and Robin Van Persie scored after coming off the bench to give the Reds a 3-1 win.

After the game Interim boss Ryan Giggs addressed the crowd and then spoke to the media.
