Ireland midfielder Darron Gibson will have his injury assessed further today.
The Everton midfielder picked up a suspected knee ligament injury during last nights 3-1 win over Kazakhstan at the Aviva.
The 25-year-old was stretchered off and his knee heavily bandaged after he appeared to damage his knee in a challenge.

He seemed to be forming a good partnership with last night's Man of the Match James McCarthy in the deeper midfield role.
Roberto Martinez was at the Aviva Stadium and both club and country will be hoping that Gibson's injury will not keep him out for a prolonged period of time.
