Germany coach Joachim Low cannot believe that Mesut Ozil has ended up as an Arsenal player.

The German midfielder switched from Real Madrid on transfer deadline day for over £40 million.

Low said it was "incomprehensible" that the Spaniards sold "one of their top scorers".

However, he also said that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is a "top coach", and that they are a "strong team".
