Cork City have announced the signing of former Sligo Rovers left-sided player Ross Gaynor.
The 26-year old spent the last two years at the Showgrounds, helping them to a League title, FAI Cup and Setanta Cup wins.
"We are delighted to have Ross on board. He has played left back for Sligo for the last couple of seasons and he can also play left wing. He brings a lot of experience and gives us some balance on the left hand side. He won a title with Sligo and also played a lot of games with Sporting Fingal and Dundalk, and we are very pleased to have signed him," said Cork manager John Caulfield.
With Gaynor's arrival, Caulfield has announced that Iarfhlaith Davoren and Jason Forde have left the Leesiders.
