Galway have won the senior camogie All-Ireland title with a 5 point win over Kilkenny.
Galway captain Lorainne Ryan raised the O’Duffy Cup after a terrific performance from the Tribeswomen saw them win by 1-09 to 0-7.
The game was tight for the first 25 minutes, until a goal from Ailish O’Reilly opened a gap between the sides at 1-03 to 0-4 in Galway’s favour. From there Kilkenny could never close the gap and Galway ran out comfortable winners.
