Ulster may have found themselves a gem in Charles Piutau.
The 24-year-old is to join Ulster next season, after he spends a season with Wasps in Coventry. The New Zealander joined Wasps from Auckland in the summer and it looks like he is settling in well to Northern Hemisphere rugby.
Piutau has played 17 times for New Zealand, scoring five tries. He was not part of the World Cup winning team.
After a man of the match performance in the RDS last weekend against Leinster, Piutau impressed for Wasps at the weekend in their win over European Champions Toulon.
The speed Piutau gains from a standing start to break through the Toulon defence shows how much of a gem the Ulster fans may see next season.
