At the age of 25 Victor Connell was left paralysed after sustaining a serious spinal injury during a rugby game.

The hooker was playing with Longford rugby club when he heard a pop in his neck while in a scrum, he knew instantly something had gone terribly wrong.

Ten years on the sports fan has fulfilled the 5 point life plan that he gave himself a decade to complete.
