FIFA's report into allegations of corruption in World Cup bidding will remain under lock and key, according to President Sepp Blatter.

He says none of the executive committee asked for it to be published, even though that is what the reporter's author Michael Garcia wants.

The examination of the bidding process for 2018 and 2022 tournaments, which went to Russia and Qatar, runs to more than 400 pages.
