Feyenoord cut PSV Eindhoven’s lead at the top of the Eredivisie to just three points with a 2-1 win yesterday but most of the post match attention will go to fighting in the tunnel after the game.

Jermaine Lens, PSV’s goal scorer yesterday, waited in the tunnel for Feyenoord’s Joris Mathijsen and once the two came face to face, and Lens had grabbed Mathijsen's shirt, it degenerated into a brawl between both teams. The above photo shows the two getting acquainted on the field.

The Eredivisie is often one of Europe’s most closely contested top flight leagues and this year is no exception as five teams are now separated by just six points. Yesterday's win for Feyenoord has put a halt to the march of PSV and thrown the title race wide open.
