On rare occasions, helmets can be see more of a hindrance than a help to NFL players.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was one of those unlucky players last night as he had his face mask grabbed by Pittsburgh's Arthur Moats.

The Browns were given a penalty for Moats' actions that looked worse each time it was shown on a replay. Manziel was brought to the ground from the impact of the tackle by Moats.

The incident was one of many low lights in a poor day for the Browns. Pittsburgh won the game 30-9.
