Premier League champions Chelsea have suffered their first top flight defeat since New Year's Day.

They lost 3-0 at West Brom and had to play over an hour with 10-men after Cesc Fabregas was sent off in the first half.

The Chelsea midfielder kicked the ball into a group of players hitting Albion's Chris Brunt in the head.

The Baggies took full advantage, with Chris Brunt adding to a Saido Berahino long-range goal and penalty.
