Munster say that they expect Paul O"Connell and Donncha O"Callaghan to be available for this weekend"s Heineken Cup clash with Edinburgh at Thomond Park.

The second-row pair both sat-out training this morning, but should be available for the province"s first home game in Pool 1 while Felix Jones is also in contention to play.

Ronan O"Gara has been ruled-out already with a hamstring injury, while Keith Earls is making good progress in his recovery from a groin tear but he also remains out of action.

After Edinburgh suffered a heavy defeat to Saracens in their opening game, Munster head coach Rob Penney expects an extra edge to this weekend"s game...

Lance Armstrong has stepped down as the chairman of his Livestrong charity.

The disgraced former cyclist has also lost his lucrative sponsorship contract with Nike in the wake of allegations that he was using performance enhancing substances throughout the majority of his career.

Last week, the US Anti-Doping Agency released a detailed report that accused of Armstrong of leading the most "sophisticated and successful" doping programme sport has ever seen.

Meanwhile, the English FA says that it wants UEFA to "take the strongest possible action" against anyone found guilty of violence or racist abuse in Serbia last night.
