Following the outcome of the Euro 2016 draw this morning, Ireland now know who their opposition will be in the play-offs.

Martin O'Neill's side will face Bosnia Herzegovina over two legs in the Euro 2016 playoffs next month. The draw, which took place in Uefa headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland this morning revealed our fate.

Granted, we will have to travel for the first leg but we avoided the dreaded possibility of playing Ukraine which will leave Irish fans feeling positive. The three day turnaround for the second leg however, is not ideal.

It is believed that the venue will most likely be Stadion Bilino polje, Zenica where Ireland will be without the services of the suspended John O’Shea and Jon Walters for the first leg, while Shane Long is still in doubt after he picked up an ankle injury in the Poland game.

Here are the finalised pairings from the draw:

Ukraine v Slovenia

Sweden v Denmark

Bosnia and Herzegovina v Ireland

Norway v Hungary

Shane Coleman spoke to Miguel Delaney and Jonathan Wilson about Ireland's draw today and how they fared their chances:
