Enda McGinley is expecting a fiery clash between Donegal and Fermanagh on Sunday afternoon.

The former Tyrone player believes Fermanagh manager Rory Gallagher will have done his homework on the Donegal players ahead of the fixture.

Gallagher knows Donegal well after his stint in charge of the county.

“It’s going to test their patience. Fermanagh will know how to get under Donegal’s skin. Rory Gallagher will have enough notes on every one of them players.  I think the sideline battle is going to be a test.

McGinley expects Fermanagh’s negativity to be the huge test for Declan Bonner’s men. He says mental test may be a bigger test then the football played on the pitch, in order to control their discipline.

The former All-Ireland winner thinks Gallagher’s touchline behavior may be a real issue. He says Gallagher has a history of winding up opposition player’s backs on the sideline. He says this could be another major issue if Donegal take the bait.

“Paddy McKeever of Armagh got sent off because of an interaction with Gallagher. Where, essentially Gallagher had been on one of the Armagh player’s back all day. I think it was Forker, along his sideline, and then he got injured. Gallagher is good at getting under people’s skin. Ricey isn’t too bad, either. I would have to admit."
