Connacht have swooped to sign one of the surprise starters of this year's Rugby World Cup.
The province have announced the capture of USA Eagles out-half AJ MacGinty.
The Dublin-born 25-year-old met with his new teammates at the Sportsground today and will join full training with the squad tomorrow.

MacGinty, who is a graduate of Blackrock College, qualified for the USA on residency grounds and started in their World Cup defeats to Samoa, Scotland and Japan.
