This week the panel will consist of Cliona Foley, sports writer at the Irish Independent, Aaron Kernan, the Armagh and Crossmaglen footballer, and Eoin Rheinisch, the recently retired canoeist and three time Olympian.

We have Emmet Malone of the Irish times in studio from 3 to keep an eye on the action in the Premier League.
Diarmuid Lyng will be speaking to Cork football captain Michael Shields ahead of tonight’s clash between the Rebels and Dublin at Croke Park.

Golf Writer Brian Keogh will be speaking to us direct from Florida, where Rory McIlroy is playing the kind of golf some thought might have moved beyond him in the wake of his meltdown at last year’s Honda Classic.

Then we’ll be wrapping the day up with our in depth review of the football action with Ray Houghton and Graham Taylor.
