Looking at the draw between Dublin and Mayo yesterday, one stat that jumped out was that a full nine points from Mayo's 1-15 tally came from Cillian O'Connor frees.
Tonight on Off The Ball, former Dublin star Tomas 'Mossy' Quinn pointed out that "Cillian O'Connor didn't score from play - I don't even remember him having a shot from play - Aidan O'Shea I don't think had a shot from play either" before the shackles came off towards the end.
And our own Colm 'Wooly' Parkinson explained how tactics affected the Mayo forward line and feels tweaking it will make them more disjointed in attack.
"Definitely if Mayo tweak their tactics a little bit, give the lads a little bit of support, you'll see a whole new dynamic to their forward line," he said, while also stating that he "hates" having to see Dublin star forward Diarmuid Connolly having to chase his man back down the field.
