Celtic are Scottish Premiership champions once again.

A 3-2 home win over nearest rivals Aberdeen secured a fifth straight title.

Winger Patrick Roberts got two of the goals.

Celtic, who needed to avoid defeat to secure the title, raced into a two-goal lead thanks to those Roberts strikes.

Mikael Lustig added a third soon after the break to put Celtic in firm control.

But Aberdeen pulled two goals back through Niall McGinn and Andrew Considine to pull it back to 3-2.

Celtic held on, however, to claim their 47th Scottish league title and fifth in a row.

Manager Ronny Deila departs regardless at the end of this season.
