Dan Carter has been named in the All Blacks' 36-man squad for their tour of Europe and Japan.
However that's despite not playing since September.
The out-half has been out of action since he damaged his shoulder during New Zealand's 29 - 15 win over South Africa in the Rugby Championship on September 14th. At the time the prognosis suggested that he would be out for six weeks.
Ireland play the All Blacks on November 24th and head coach Joe Schmidt has been talking about that game and two tests before it against Samoa and Australia.
