More recently, Rhyno (Terrance Gerin) ran as a Republican earlier this year to take a seat on the Michigan House of Representatives, but he lost by 9,000 votes.

Linda McMahon, the wife of WWE owner Vince McMahon has run one two occasions to become a member of the US Senate, losing each time. She know looks set to become the head of Donald Trump's small business administration.
