Bolton Wanderer's debts have reached the £163 million (€195 million) mark following their relegation from the Premier League in 2012.

They recorded a £50.7 million loss last season after failing to get back into the top flight.

The club also added that long time backer Eddie Davies cannot fund them to the same extent he has in the past, thanks to financial fair play rules.

The Trotters are languishing in the bottom half of the Championship this season.
