Suspended FIFA president Sepp Blatter says a payment to UEFA chief Michel Platini was conducted as part of "a gentleman's agreement".
It is being investigated by Swiss authorities, who have alleged the £1.3M transaction was "disloyal".
Platini has also been suspended by FIFA, and has now had support by The Football Association withdrawn.
