FIFA president Sepp Blatter has ruled out a re-vote for the Russia 2018 and Qatar 2022 World Cups. 

World football's governing body has finally agreed to publish Michael Garcia's report into alleged bidding corruption, albeit in what it's calling an "appropriate form". Several details will redacted for legal reasons.

There has been pressure on the organisation to reveal more of American lawyer Garcia's investigation.

He resigned from the FIFA ethics committee after disagreeing with the summary of his report, which cleared Qatar 2022 and Russia 2018 of wrongdoing in the bidding process for those World Cups.
