Hatem Ben Arfa has completed his move to French club Nice, after being released from his contract by Newcastle.
The forward has signed an 18-month contract.
Ben Arfa fell out of favour with previous Newcastle boss Alan Pardew, while he was also sent back early from a loan spell at Hull this season.
