Former Liverpool and Republic of Ireland defender Phil Babb has taken his first steps into management.

Babb, who was on the Off The Ball Roadshow in Dublin's Mercantile just last month, taking charge of Conference South side Hayes and Yeading.

Having won 35 caps for the Boys in Green, Babb currently holds a UEFA B licence.
