The SSE Airtricity league kicks off this Friday night with Sligo Rovers starting as one of the favourites.
The Bit O Red start their campaign on Saturday night against Athlone Town at the Showgrounds and are hoping to start well following an injury induced fade which cost them last year. They did however go on to win the Cup.
