Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was left cursing a lack of cutting edge in yesterdays 1-0 defeat to Spurs at White Hart lane, listening to the manager of the Welsh side you can hear the frustration in his voice as they continue to score goals.

They only managed two shots on target during yesterdays 1-0 defeat at White Hart lane however their defensive resolve pleased the manager who says every player did the job they were asked to do. The Welsh side can consider themselves slightly unlucky as ex Tottenham player Steven Caulker hit the bar from two yards as his side desperately searched for a goal.

The situation for Cardiff looks grim, they are 3 points off the safe zone but have played one more game than Sunderland who are third last and West Brom who are fourth last.  Despite the pressure  Solskjaer seemed calm and in control when talking to the press following yesterdays defeat.
