West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has hit back at comments made by Steven Gerrard.

The Liverpool captain had criticized the club's preparations ahead of their match at Upton Park earlier this month.

Gerrard said the Londoners "tried everything to upset" them, alleging that the heat in the visitors' dressing room was turned up.

He also says the team bus had to park "a mile away".

Allardyce has brushed those remarks aside and suggested that the blame lies with the Liverpool bus driver...
