Mike Ashley has lent Rangers a further £1 million.

The Newcastle owner recently strengthened his influence at the Glasgow side by making a loan of £2 million in a deal which saw Derek Llambias secure a place on the board.

With the latest investment the club have announced they are entering a marketing agreement with Ashley's Sports Direct firm.

However Sports Direct have given up their right to rename Ibrox Stadium.
