Arsenal have given themselves hope of getting out of their Champions League group after defeating German champions Bayern Munich at the Emirates.

A second half goal from Olivier Giroud and a finish from Mesut Ozil deep into stoppage time gave the Gunners a 2-0 win, after they had lost their first two group games to Olympiakos and Dinamo Zagreb.

In an enthralling match, both sides created numerous chances with this Manuel Neuer save from a Theo Walcott header catching the eye.

Meanwhile, Chelsea had to settle for a 0-0 draw in Ukraine against Dynamo Kiev, although the Londonders hit the woodwork twice on the night.
