Juan Cuadrado (pictured above), of Italian club side Fiorentina, has pulled off what could be one of the most impressively disastrous open goal misses of all time.

There are always plenty of these open goal miss videos knocking about the internet, and we really like to be selective about which ones we pass on, so a lot of howlers never make the grade.

There was no doubt about this one. This is the gold standard of crap. Gloriously bad.

And made worse by the fact that Fiorentina went on to lose the game 2-1 to Serie A strugglers Bologna.
