Division 1 leaders Cork maintained their unbeaten Allianz Football League campaign edging out Derry by 2-18 to 3-14 at Pairc Ui Rinn.
In Killarney a superb second half display saw Kerry defeat Tyrone by 3-15 to 9 points, the ides were level at the break. James O'Donoughue with hat trick of goals for the hosts. Westmeath remain winless after being beaten 2-17 to 3-9 by Mayo.
There was bad news for 2nd-placed Dublin following their win over Kildare. They've confirmed that Ciaran Kilkenny ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament in that game and will miss the rest of the 2014 season.
In Division 1A of the Allianz Hurling League, All-Ireland Champions Clare overcame Tipperary by 4-15 to 20 points at Semple Stadium. While at NowlanPark, Kilkenny overcame Galway by 2-16 to 1-16 to move top of the table.
Waterford beat Dublin by 1-13 to 1-10. In Division 1B it finished Limerick 1-14 Wexford 2-8 while Laois beat Antrim 2-21 to 21 points. Cork defeated Offaly by 1-24 to 1-18.
