Ex-Armagh and Crossmaglen Rangers footballer Aaron Kernan and Kilkenny defender Jackie Tyrell are taking part in a documentary called Trading Places which will be aired on TV3 on March 9th,

It involves Kernan and Tyrell living the life of pro athletes with Sunderland and the Florida Marlins baseball team respectively, while ex-Arsenal and Spurs star David Bentley will join up with Crossmaglen and ex-Major League Baseball player Brian Schneider will train with James Stephens.

Bentley could make his Crossmaglen debut in a challenge game with Silverbridge tonight while Kernan goes to Sunderland next week.

Kernan spoke to us about the experience and why he got involved.
