Barcelona cruised to a 3-0 victory against Granada away from home to secure consecutive league titles in Spain.

A Luis Suarez hat-trick was enough to secure the three points that were needed to secure the title, with Real Madrid's 2-0 win over Deportivo la Coruna not enough to close the gap on the Catalan side.

It was a fifth hat-trick of the season for the Uruguayan and the third of the goals was his 40th league goal of the season for the former Liverpool star.

While Suarez will rightly domiante the headlines he was ably assisted one more by those that lilned out behind him.

Jordi Alba and Dani Alves provided fine service for the opening two goals before Neymar showed that amiable spirit they've cultivated at Barcelona as he selflessly teed up his South American counterpart for the hat-trick.

Barca went into the final game needing the win, as Atletico Madrid's title challenge fell last week while Real Madrid trailed their fiercest rivals by a single point going into the final game.

Cristiano Ronaldo was on the double for Los Blancos against Deportivio, but it wasn't enough following Suarez's heroics.
