Why Are Sinn Féin Surging In Popularity?

Yesterday’s latest Irish Times Ipsos/MRBI Poll placed Sinn Féin at 35%, up 3 since their last poll and now a full 15 points ahead of both senior government parties. It’s the latest in a run of polls that show Sinn Féin as by far the most popular political party in the country.

To look at the growth in popularity of Sinn Féin Anton Savage was joined by party’s spokesperson on Public Expenditure and Reform, Mairéad Farrell.
