The HSE has said that they have initiated a “whole system response” to the ongoing hospital overcrowding crisis being experienced across the country, with suggestions that it may get worse before getting better – with just yesterday the Executive Council of the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation meeting in an emergency session.
