We Irish may be known for a lot of things, be it great storytellers, welcoming hosts, or perhaps a bunch who are partial to a drink or two.

While we may enjoy a glass of wine or two with dinner, we’re not exactly known for our viticulture or wine-making prowess.

But that hasn’t stopped Roisin Curley who has ventured out on her own to establish a wine-making business in Burgundy.
