2023 housing market look ahead with Pat Devitt of IPAV

The Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers is calling for mortgage terms to be increased to up to 40 to 50 years to address the difficulties of securing home ownership. That was on the back of the release of the latest figures from the CSO Residential Property Price Index for November, this week.
