As part of the 'Taking Stock Financial History Series' we take a look back on some of the biggest financial stories from over the years.

In this episode, Vincent is joined by Jon Ihle, former financial journalist, and Head of Communications at Goodbody to discuss the 'Savings & Loans Crisis' - considered to be one of the worst financial disasters since the Great Depression - which came about as a result of the failure of nearly a third of the 3,234 savings and loan associations in the United States between 1986 and 1995.
