Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality met virtually to discuss Article 41 of the constitution including Article 41.2, the ‘women in the home’ clause.

The meeting, which took place online, involved 99 citizens selected randomly who will determine whether article 41.2 of the constitution should be kept - removed or replaced.

One of the keynote speakers was Dr Laura Cahillane, Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Limerick, and she joined Susan Keogh to discuss.
