So how should younger people look after their mental health and what can older people do to look after themselves over the next few weeks and months?

Susan was joined by Dr Colman Noctor, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Assistant Professor at UCD & Rose Anne Kenny, Professor of Medical Gerontology at St. James's Hospital and Director of the new Mercer’s Institute for Successful Ageing to discuss.
