Is Donegal facing a localised lockdown?

The 14-day incident rate of Covid-19 in Donegal is more than double the national average, according to deputy CMO Ronan Glynn. As a result, the question of a localised lockdown for Donegal has been raised.  But, what was the reaction in Donegal? And, how do they feel about comments by CMO Tony Holohan referring to “persistent and reasonably widespread non-compliance” with restrictions? Susan spoke to Dr. Denis McCauley, GP & Chair of the Irish Medical Organisation's GP committee, to get his view from the ground in Donegal.  She was also joined by Joe McHugh, Fine Gael TD For Donegal and Pádraig Mac Lochlainn, Sinn Fein TD for Donegal.
