Fionnuala Jones brought us all the gossip from Hollywood. The wines are from Northern Spain, specifically Castilla Y Leon, a region famous for mushrooms and truffles. This week's two red wines will match meaty umami dishes with beef, lamb or mushrooms - but also with truffles - and yes we had a truffle in studio... Leslie Williams’ featured wines were Brezo de Gregory Perez, from Bierzo in Spain and Condado de Haza Crianza 2020, Ribera del Duero, also from Spain.
