CHC the people who provide Helicopter Search and Rescue services to the Irish Coast Guard have a problem, they cant get enough Women to apply for the Winchman positions in the company.  Sarah Courtney is amongst 36 men, doing the job, a job that takes incredible commitment and fortitude and Sarah joined Pat this morning to tell all about her job and what it entails.
