This week 1 million students from 4000 schools went back to school after a 6 month break. Was it a success? We have had reports of a handful of classes in cities and rural Ireland being sent home because a pupil tested positive but out of one million students that could be seen as a good result.
Henry McKean visited Ringsend College, a secondary school in Dublin 4 and met the 2nd and 3rd year students who have had a phased opening with staggered starting times in their first week back. How are the students settling into social distancing, getting up in the morning, showering and going to school?
