Lyn McDonald came in along with CEO of the Jack and Jill Children's Foundation to discuss her story and how she’s a prisoner in her own home and unable to leave Daisy with qualified nurse unless Lyn nominates another competent adult to sit with the nurse.

Jack & Jill does not and will not enforce this rule as giving parents a break is fundamental to our service. However we see the stress on parents who’d have both HSE and Jack & Jill hours.
