Homebuyers earning less than €60,000 may be offered a “step break” from the Central Bank’s mortgage lending rules under a series of changes being considered by the regulator.  But would this be a good idea?  To discuss, we were joined by Brendan Burgess, Founder of the consumer forum Ask about money.com
