It's been nearly 190 days since wet pubs (pubs that don't serve food) closed their doors. When it became clear Dublin wet pubs will not reopen but the other 25 counties will, social media was full of memes of packed out trains in India with slogans like 'This will be the Dart to Bray Next week.' But will Dubliners  travel across the Wicklow border to get a pint? Henry McKean met Bray publicans and Dublin drinkers.
