On Wednesday, we heard that nuns are seeking €40 million for the sale of a landmark Dublin 4 property. Located on a site immediately adjacent to St Vincent’s University and private hospitals on Merrion Road, the 13.47-acre site was established by Religious Sisters of Charity in 1868.
